By taking part in the Ideas to Income Refer-a-Friend initiative, you agree to the following:

1. How Refer-a-Friend works

This is not an affiliate programme and no commission or payment is offered for referrals.

Prizes are awarded only to the top three participants who generate the highest number of confirmed sign-ups to the Ideas to Income Challenge using their unique referral link.

Only genuine, valid sign-ups will be counted.

2. No guaranteed reward

Sharing your referral link gives you the opportunity to be considered for a prize, but does not guarantee that you will receive anything.

There is no compensation, commission, credit, or alternative reward offered outside of the listed prizes for first, second, and third place.

3. Fair and ethical promotion

We ask that you promote the Ideas to Income Challenge in a genuine, honest, and respectful way.

This means:

• No spammy behaviour

• No misleading claims

• No false promises

• No incentivising sign-ups with your own bonuses

• No use of fake emails, bots, or automated sign-ups

This experience is built on trust, and we want it to stay that way.

4. Right to disqualify or block links

The Female Entrepreneur Association reserves the right to:

• Review referral activity

• Disqualify any referrals that appear invalid, misleading, or fraudulent

• Block or deactivate referral links at any time if we believe they are being used in a way that goes against the spirit or rules of this initiative

• Our decision in these cases is final.
  

5. Final decisions

All prize decisions, referral counts, and eligibility determinations are made by the Female Entrepreneur Association and are final.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
