Kristin has a degree in Psychology and Art and has immersed herself in learning and experiencing coaching and healing methods for the past 13 years and counting. She has an acute ability to see blind spots and for helping others work past the fears and limiting beliefs keeping them stuck. She has moved internationally three times, is now settled in Bali and is passionate about supporting you to dream big and live the life you truly want to live.

Through her learning journey with amazing mentors, she was also able to be a part of several of her mentors' business teams over the past several years which enabled her to study the business and sales techniques that are working right now. Finally, she landed at the amazing home of FEA and is so impressed with what the amazing entrepreneurs here are able to accomplish with our mentorship program, including podcasts, websites, funnels to convert traffic … it is so fulfilling to support so many women to build such amazing businesses! 

Melanie has 12 years of sales, business and coaching experience, working in industries such as nutrition, personal development, events, sales training platforms, education and lifestyle memberships. Most recently she has been featured in Business from Home magazine for launching a luxury skincare line in Europe. She currently sits on the advisory council for Seacret Direct and has had roles of CSO within business start-ups. In Cyprus, she sits on the Paphos Entrepreneur group council for business advisory nights.

Within 70 days of starting a skincare franchise, Melanie was able to bring home 100,000 in cash commissions through personal action and team strategy.

In 2016 she had the fastest-growing travel club franchise in Australia Perth.

Melanie focuses on helping individuals develop leadership, and business, increasing revenue and developing sales teams.

Between 2012 and 2020 She was able to help a Luxury Travel club membership achieve 1 billion in revenue through the sales she coached her team to generate. Alongside my business partner in that period we helped 12 individuals become first-time millionaires through our leadership on business growth.

Melanie has spoken as a mindset coach, business trainer, and an expert on sales internationally from Australia to the U.S.A, and is often flown around the world to not just deliver keynotes but to be a lead trainer in seminars, on personal growth, business expansion and accelerating sales.

Through being a master in the power of building a network, Melanie was able to build a 6 figure income in her education company in the first year of opening a business, in a new continent Australia where she had no prior relationships.

Melanie is hugely invested in her own personal and professional development, attending seminars every quarter and reading every day thus training herself to become an A player!

She loves growth and competition.

In 2012, Melanie ran the London Marathon raising 5k for Princess Alice Hospice, In 2011 took first place in a triathlon for 18-25-year-olds, and more recently was the winner of a body transformation competition in 2022.
